ABOUT ME:
 My name is Joe, a.k.a. Doggy Daddy, born and raised in California .  At age 18 during Viet Nam, I enlisted in the Army and after Desert Storm, retired to Santa Cruz, CA. Being divorced and children grown up, I mostly Rv solo.  I enjoy spur-of-the-moment adventures and planned ones!  I traveled a bit overseas and now with my Rv, hope to see all the wonders of the United States traveling, making new friends, and finding a fine lady who can inspire me to be more. She doesn't have to own a bike but enjoy riding, love traveling, have a sense of humor, can laugh at herself, and have fun.

FAMILY: 
I have two children, both born in an Army hospital making them official Army brats. They are great kids and successful. Both excelled in Scouting, are University graduates, and happily married. My son and his wife enjoy tent camping and just had their first baby. I am very happy  and excited about being a grandpa.

MY DOGS:
 True bikers who love riding on my Harley. That is how I got the handle of "Doggy Daddy".  A mini English Bull Terrier, most recognized as Gen Patton's dog and Spuds MacKenzie the Bud Lite party animal. Buddy was my first bt  and sadly he passed away over a year ago. MY RV:  2008 Damon Outlaw Class A 37' Toy Hauler. On a Workhorse 242 chassis powered by the 8.1 litre GMC Vortec engine and 6 speed Allison Transmission.  Accessories added include Kingdome satellite, four AM Solar panels with inverter/converter, color digital cameras [back-up pan & tilt, sides, nose, interior and garage] with color monitor, and a 16 foot glass flag pole.  [See links]

MY TOY AND TOAD:  Riding inside is my 2003 Anniversary Ultra Classic Harley Davidson and close behind on some adventures is a Toyota Tacoma 2wd pickup.

TREASURED MEMORIES:  Building a pop up trailer in the 50s and a 25’ Class C Rv in 1968 with my father and our adventures camping, hunting, fishing, and motorcycle riding together. Being an Asst Scoutmaster for over 8 years, square dancing and being part of the Indianapolis 500 Parade. The rush  of scuba diving, bungie jumping, rappelling. parasailing, and the sore muscles and bruises of paint ball wars with my son.  Along with hunting, fishing, and travels in Europe, my travels to Israel, Greece, Turkey and Korea. Adventures on my Harley with my biker dog with travels to Sturgis, Deadwood, Custers Battlefield, Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, Las Vegas, Reno, Laughlin, Oatman and Route 66, Grand Canyon, Tombstone, Quartzsite, and multiple motorcycle rallies.
